APHON Logo rebrand

The Association of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Nurses wanted a completely new rebrand after their original logo had been used for years. They wanted something completely different and more bright and cheery. Being a Hematology/Oncology nurse is never easy, especially seeing patients every day that might lose hope. That is what the new APHON logo represents: hope. Ever heard of the story of a little boy throwing starfish back into the sea after thousands got washed up onto the beach? An older man told the little boy that it would take too long and he won't be able to make much of a difference. The little boy threw one in and said "it made a difference to that one". And that is what the APHON logo is about, these nurses fight every day to make a difference and give them hope.
